CN-8 (catalyst for production of synthetic gas by partial oxidation)

This catalyst is an extruded, sintered reforming catalyst with nickel as the active component and aluminum oxide as the bearer; mainly used for production of synthetic ammonia or methanol gas from natural gas or light hydrocarbons by partial oxidation or production of reducing gas and protective gas.

Dimensions of CN-8: 16×16 mm; column with grooves; bulk density: approx. 1.2~1.40 kg/l; mechanical strength: side pressure ≥1800 N/grain; chemical components: NiO: ≥14 percent; SiO2: ≤0.20 percent; heat resistance: can work at 1200 C for long time; structure and strength are stable at high temperatures; no contraction or deformation at 1350 C for a short time; mechanical properties are stable and no breaking under severe temperature fluctuations.

CN-14 (catalyst for production of high methane gas from light oil)

In this catalyst nickel is the active constituent and magnesium silicate the bearer; used in high methane gas production from light oil; appearance: gray black column; physical dimensions: 5×5 mm; bulk density: 1.05~1.25 kg/l; chemical components: NiO: ≥50 percent.

CN-16 (highly active primary reforming catalyst)

This reforming catalyst is sintered, with nickel as the active component and aluminum oxide as the bearer; appearance: in accordance with Chinese patent No 86209669; mainly used for primary steam reforming installations that use gashouse hydrocarbon (methane) as raw material (natural gas, oil field gas).

Works at normal pressure ~5.0Mpa; gray, multi-pore, tube-sheet form; bulk density: 0.70~1.20 kg/l; chemical components: NiO: ≥14 percent; SiO2: ≤0.2 percent; loss on ignition: <5 percent.

CN-19 (intermittent natural gas reforming catalyst)

This is a sintered catalyst with nickel as the active constituent and aluminum oxide and calcium aluminate as the bearer; used in secondary furnaces for production of synthetic gases by hydrocarbon steam reforming, and for the production of synthetic gases through partial oxidation, and intermittent reforming process with gaseous hydrocarbons.

Appearance: slate gray Raschig ring form; physical dimensions: 19×19×9 mm; bulk density: 0.8~1.0 kg/l; chemical components: NiO: ≥12; Al2O3: 50~65 percent; heat resistance: can work at 800~1000 C for long time; no contraction or deformation when working at 1350 C for short time; mechanical properties are stable and no breaking will occur under severe temperature fluctuations.
