CN-20 (low density secondary catalyst)  

This is a sintered secondary natural gas reforming catalyst with nickel as the active component; applicable to secondary reforming installations that use natural gas, associated gasses in oil fields, and light oil as raw materials in ammonia plants; works at normal pressure of ~5.0Mpa; often used in combination with Z205 heat-resistant catalyst.

Appearance: annular shape; dimensions: 19x19x19mm; bulk density: 0.70~0.9 kg/l; chemical components: NiO: ≥14.00 percent; SiO2: ≤0.20 percent; loss on ignition: ≤5.00 percent; heat resistance: no melting or deformation when calcined at 1450 C for 4 h; can work at ≤1200 C long term; structure is stable and strength is high at high temperatures.

CN-23 (reforming catalyst for cellular calandria heat-exchange reformer)

This is a gaseous hydrocarbon steam reforming catalyst with nickel as the active component, aluminum oxide as the bearer, and rare-earth oxides as catalyst promoters; used for heat-exchange reformers in ammonia synthesis plants; appearance: gray multi-pore, double-end, cambered column or multi-pore, cylindrical tube-sheet; dimensions: 12x12x12 mm, 16x9x3.5 mm, 16×16×3.5 mm; bulk density: 0.70~1.2 kg/l; chemical components: NiO: ≥14.00 percent; SiO2: ≤0.20 percent; loss at ignition: ≤5 percent.

CN-28 (high-carbon resistant hydrocarbon reforming catalyst)

This is a sintered gaseous hydrocarbon steam reforming catalyst with nickel as the active component, aluminum oxide is the bearer, and basic oxides are the catalyst promoters; usually used in light oil (naphtha) preforming and to reform hydrocarbons (methane) into hydrogen-rich raw gases for hydrogen production from steam in steam reforming furnaces that contains methane and high-carbon satisfied hydrocarbons.

Appearance: gray Raschig ring, or multi-pore, double-end cambered column, or multi-pore cylindrical tube-sheet; bulk density: 0.70~1.2k g/l; chemical components: NiO: ≥14 percent; SiO2: ≤0.20 percent; loss on ignition: ≤5.0 percent.

CN-32 (slightly alkalized primary steam reforming catalyst)

This is a sintered gaseous hydrocarbon steam reforming catalyst with nickel as the active component, aluminum oxide as the bearer, and basic oxides as catalyst promoters; usually used in the upper part of a primary steam reforming furnace for ammonia, methanol, hydrogen production, or urban gas from high methane gas that contains some high-carbon hydrocarbons after reforming from tail gas, in a smelting plant, natural gas, gas in an oil field, and light naphtha; a gray Raschig ring or other form; bulk density: 0.9~1.0 kg/l; chemical components: NO:≥14; SiO2: ≤0.20.
